Customer Responsibility for Print-Ready Graphics
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all graphics submitted for printing are fully prepared and meet our requirements. Specifically, this means:
- Resolution: Graphics must be at a minimum of 300 DPI.
- Backgrounds: The background must be transparent unless a background is intentionally included.
- Accuracy: All spelling, grammar, and design elements must be correct and finalized.
- File Completeness: Graphics must be complete and ready for printing as-is.
Limitations on Image Editing and Creation
We do not create, edit or buy graphics. If you submit an image that is a screenshot or is not print-ready without purchasing our design service, your order will be canceled.
Printing of Submitted Graphics
If you submit graphics with issues such as:
- A background where it should be transparent,
- Visible lines or artifacts from improper background removal,
- Blurriness or low resolution,
- Cropped or cut-off elements,
- Incorrect spelling or other errors,
These issues will be printed as-is. We do not offer free reprints for errors in the graphics you submit. A free reprint will only be issued if a mistake is deemed to be our fault.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure all graphics are print-ready according to our guidelines.
